Gugu Banda is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer retention, insurance, retail operations, and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Retention Specialist at Panda Ireland since November 2021, Gugu implements both reactive and proactive phone strategies for customer retention in the Waste and Commercial Electricity sectors. Prior experience includes working as an Insurance Agent at CFM Group Limited, focusing on policy renewals, and as a Scanning Operator at Musgrave, where Gugu managed product pricing accuracy and inventory. Gugu also held leadership roles at Soma Burger Co as a Unit Manager and at McDonald's, progressing from Crew Member to Shift Manager. Gugu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Humanities from Technological University Dublin, completed in 2018.
