Melanie Johnson

Melanie Johnson, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Operations at PandaDoc, where significant accomplishments include negotiating a new insurance broker RFP that resulted in over $200k in savings for 2024. Previously, Melanie held the position of Manager of People Operations at Deepwatch, where Melanie built the HR department from the ground up during a period of rapid growth. Other roles include positions at Vology as a People Operations & Benefits Specialist, FrankCrum as a Benefits Specialist, Envision Physician Services as a Human Resources & Benefits Specialist, and multiple roles at the Better Business Bureau, where Melanie achieved cost savings and received recognition for performance. Education includes a diploma from Brighton High School.
