Noemi Santos

Noemi Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Noemi started their career in 2002 as a Documentalist at Sistema madri+d, where they worked until 2003. Noemi then joined e-Intelligent, a spin-off of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as a Documentalist, specializing in search engines and web accessibility. In 2007, they joined Toprural as a Usability Expert, gaining experience in user testing, requirements gathering, and functional definition. Noemi later became the SEO and Web Analytics Manager, responsible for traffic analysis and implementing analytics tools. In 2009, they were promoted to Marketing and Web Analytics Director, managing a budget and leading a team of four. Homeaway acquired Toprural in 2012, and Noemi adapted to the changes, focusing on marketing plans and integration efforts. In 2014, they embarked on a freelance career, providing marketing and SEO services to small businesses. Noemi briefly served as the Marketing Manager at We are Knitters in 2015 before returning to Fintonic as a Digital Analyst. At Fintonic, they took on various roles, including Product Manager, Manager Customer Support, and QA Management & Product Manager Core. In 2021, they joined Bipi as a Senior Product Manager until 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Product at PandaGo.

Noemi Santos has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2001, they obtained a Diploma in Library Science and Documentation from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Noemi continued their education at the same university and completed a Degree in Documentation from 2003 to 2005. In 2008, Noemi pursued a postgraduate course at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in "Information Architecture in Websites" and "Usability."

In 2011 to 2012, they attended The University of British Columbia and received an Award of Achievement in Web Analytics. Noemi further enhanced their skills with a specialized program in conversion optimization called CRO Ignite from KSchool in 2014. Noemi also attended The Hero Camp in 2018 for a degree in Digital Product Management and returned in 2019 for the Change Makers program focused on making change happen in organizations.

Additionally, Noemi Santos holds certifications, including the Product Analytics Certification (PAC) from Mixpanel obtained in August 2021 and the Certificate of Membership from The Interaction Design Foundation received in November 2017.
