Akmal Akhpah

Akmal Akhpah is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in founding and managing innovative companies. As the Founder and CTO of FlowyTeam since January 2020, Akmal enables organizations to enhance team performance through goal management methodologies such as OKR and KPI. In parallel, Akmal also leads Pandai, an EdTech startup founded in December 2019, which supports over 150,000 students daily in their learning and performance tracking. Previously, Akmal founded Aidan Technologies Sdn Bhd, a digital agency focused on improving citizen-centric services for the government, and played a significant role at the World Health Organization, where Akmal developed a global performance management system. Early career experience includes a tenure as a software engineer at Intel Corporation, with academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, along with participation in Y Combinator.
