Pamela Leibel

Pamela Leibel has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Pamela started their career at P2 Energy Solutions as a Business Analyst, where they worked closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions. Pamela also provided 24-hour support to clients outside of business hours and actively participated in various charitable and social initiatives within the organization.

In 2013, Pamela joined Pandell as a Business Analyst/Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for project planning, product roadmap planning, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation management, project management, and client support and training. Pamela was also a member of the organization's charity committee, demonstrating their commitment to community involvement.

Over the years, Pamela progressed to roles of increasing responsibility at Pandell. Pamela became a Product Lead, where they managed the direction of the Pandell AP e-invoicing product, overseeing project planning and resource management. Pamela also maintained their previous roles as a business analyst and project manager.

Currently, Pamela is serving as a Product Manager at Pandell, where they plan, schedules, and directs activities for maximum performance of their teams. Pamela oversees all staff on the JV development teams and guides team members to achieve their best results. Pamela ensures consistent application of functionality, technology, and development lifecycle across the Pandell product suite.

Pamela Leibel pursued their higher education starting in 2006 at the University of Calgary, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Operations Management. Pamela studied at the university for a total of four years, graduating in 2010. Following a brief gap, Pamela resumed their education in 2013 and enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Here, they completed a certificate program, specifically the Upstream Petroleum Industry Certificate of Achievement. However, no specific field of study is mentioned for this certificate program. Pamela completed their studies at SAIT in 2015.
