Travis Heider

Travis Heider currently serves as the President and CEO of Pandion Optimization Alliance, a position held since March 2016, where the focus is on leveraging collective power for the benefit of individuals and organizations. Prior to this role, Travis held multiple significant positions, including Regional Director for the American Diabetes Association from February 2004 to March 2016, and Monroe County Legislator for the 14th District from January 2006 to January 2012, where responsibilities included managing a nearly $1 billion budget and advocating for legislation on environmental issues. Earlier career experiences include serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for State Senator Richard Dollinger and as an Adjunct Professor at St. John Fisher College, teaching an Introduction to Sport Management course. Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Springfield College.
