Aravind Sivakumar

Aravind Sivakumar currently serves as the Head of Customer Delight for the India Business at Pando, a role commenced in July 2024. Prior to this, Aravind led the last mile business at Mahindra Logistics from November 2019 to May 2024, successfully growing it into a profitable sector. Experience also includes serving as the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Business at Porter.in, managing the Enterprise Division, and multiple roles at Practo, including Senior Manager of MarketPlace Operations and Zonal Operations Manager for North India. Earlier career experience includes working as a Zonal Content Manager and Assistant Manager of Manufacturing at PepsiCo, overseeing product availability and manufacturing processes. Aravind holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
