Charles Seling Jr

Charles Seling, Jr. has over 20 years of experience in professional business management, revenue planning, and project management. Charles worked with AT&T for more than 20 years in various roles, including Revenue Planning Manager, Sr. Quality Process Manager, and Sr. Project Manager. In their time at AT&T, they managed a team responsible for implementing new internal computer tools to streamline workflow and improve customer service. Charles also developed and maintained a capital labor process to improve the organization's bottom line and managed a highly visible project to improve the training needs of over 300 employees within the organization. Charles recently joined Pando Telecom as Business Manager in 2022.

Charles Seling, Jr., MBA received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University. Charles then pursued further education and earned an MBA degree in Business Administration from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
