Kevin Vierling is an experienced executive with a diverse background in engineering and product management roles. Kevin started their career as a Software Project Manager with Miles Technologies in 2004. In 2005, they joined Intenna Systems Inc as an RF Field Engineer, where they were responsible for commissioning distributed antenna systems (DAS) and performing site surveys for wireless service providers. Kevin quickly moved up the ranks to become an RF Engineer, leading a team of engineers in designing RF distribution systems and providing technical support to field staff and project managers. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering, where they managed technical and support teams. During their tenure, their leadership led to a 50% increase in company revenue and growth. In 2012, Kevin joined SOLiD as Senior Director of Product Management, where they led overall product strategy for distributed antenna system (DAS), software, and small cell product lines. Kevin identified growth opportunities in the Wireless, Wireline, IoT, and software-defined radio sectors, performed market analysis on existing and growing RF/telecommunication trends, and created messaging standards for internal product specifications as well as documentation. Kevin's most recent role was as CEO of Pando Telecom in 2017.

Kevin Vierling earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from Drexel University from 1999 to 2004. Kevin also obtained several certifications, including GROL through the Federal Communications Commission in August 2020, as well as Unix for Mac OS X Users, Learn the Linux Command Line: The Basics, and Up and Running with Bash Scripting through LinkedIn in January and February 2017. Additionally, they completed SOLiD University and became iBwave Level One certified and iBwave Level Two certified, though it is unclear when and where they received these certifications.
