Jeff Marston

Jeff Marston currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Pando, a position held since March 2024. Before this role, Jeff worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at YPO for a brief period in early 2024, advising the executive team on technical vision and process. From April 2022 to December 2023, Jeff was the Chief Technology Officer at Sterling Trading Tech, where leadership of a 30-member cross-functional team facilitated collaboration and alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Jeff's extensive experience at Eze Software spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Software Engineering, managing a global team of 100 and overseeing the development of the Eze Investment Suite. Jeff's journey in technology began at Eze Castle Software, progressing from a Software Developer to management positions. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Boston College, completed in 2001.
