Gilbert Shen

Gilbert Shen has extensive experience in corporate communications and employee engagement, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability at Pandora since 2021. Prior to this role, Gilbert worked at Danone as Associate Director, Head of Employee Experience and Engagement, focusing on internal communications from January 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Internal/Business Communications & CSR at Johnson & Johnson, and previous roles at BASF, IBM, and Intel, emphasizing internal communications and change management. Gilbert holds a Master's degree in Foreign Language Studies from Shanghai International Studies University, completed in 2008, and attended Kong Jiang Senior High School from 1998 to 2001.
