Jesper Pilgaard, CFA, has a diverse background in financial analysis and cost management, beginning as a part-time croupier at Casino Aalborg from October 2010 to July 2013. Following this, Jesper held a commercial internship at The Trade Council of Denmark in Taipei, contributing to business development and networking between Danish and Taiwanese companies. Jesper's experience at Danske Bank spanned various roles, including Senior Analyst positions in Cost Management and Group Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as leading the FP&A team for the Danish banking division. Since January 2021, Jesper has been with Pandora, first as Manager of Performance & Analysis and later as Director of FP&A and Product Cost, overseeing financial performance management and strategic decision-making within the company.
