Joyce Lam

Joyce Lam is an accomplished professional in innovation and product development, currently serving as VP Innovation & Product Development at Pandora since February 2023. Previously, Joyce held several key positions at SWAROVSKI from October 2012 to September 2023, including VP Global Sourcing, Director of Product Development Operations for Greater China, and Head of Process Management. Prior to that, Joyce served as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at MYWA Swiss Watch and Jewellery Ltd from November 2010 to September 2012. Joyce has an extensive educational background, currently pursuing a Postgraduate Award in Supply Chain and Logistics Management at the University of Warwick, and holding a Master of Engineering in Industrial & Systems Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
