Li Cao

Li Cao is currently the Vice President Merchandising at Pandora North America, where the main goal is to achieve sales and EBIT targets through data-based assortment planning and inventory management. With a background in various roles in the retail industry at companies such as Amazon, AllSaints, Warnaco - Calvin Klein Division, H&M, PVH Corp., and J.Crew, Li has developed expertise in merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory control. Graduating with a BBA in International Business from Berkeley College, Li has a strong foundation in business to support their successful career in the industry.
