Malene Friis

Malene Friis is an experienced retail professional currently serving as Retail Services Manager - Global Retail Excellence at Pandora since July 2021, where responsibilities include supporting service level elevation and driving productivity in retail, as well as overseeing key project delivery across the store network. Prior to this, Malene held the position of Project Manager Retail Excellence at the LEGO Group, focusing on performance enhancement for LEGO branded stores. Malene's extensive background also includes managing retail operations for 25 stores at Samsøe Samsøe in Denmark, leading training initiatives, and holding various roles in notable fashion companies such as Ganni A/S and Baum und Pferdgarten. Malene's educational credentials comprise a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Purchasing from the Copenhagen School of Design and Technology, as well as an HHX degree from the Business school in Randers.
