Marc Casals Vilasís currently serves as the Head of Commercial, Cluster, and Colleagues (Finance, Procurement & Sustainability) Data & Analytics at Pandora, overseeing AI initiatives and sustainability reporting on a global scale. Prior to this, Marc was the CPO and Vice President of Global Procurement at Synthon, leading a comprehensive procurement transformation. Marc's extensive experience includes significant roles at UCB, where contributions to carbon neutrality and global procurement strategies were pivotal, and earlier positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Nike, focusing on procurement and IT strategies across various regions. Marc co-founded Acrepsoft, one of Spain's first bulletin board systems, while completing educational credentials that include a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and an Executive MBA.
