Marta Horowska

Marta Horowska is a Global Compliance Specialist at Pandora since April 2023 and previously held roles as a Consultant in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte, focusing on ODD, KYC, sanctions, and AML processes from February 2022 to April 2023. Marta's career includes experience as an IT Consultant at Danske Bank, where support for corporate customers and AML activities were primary responsibilities, and as the Founder of ZEN BOX, aimed at creating a supportive space for women. With a strong background in retail management, Marta also worked in various capacities at Golden Goose, CHANEL, Paul Smith, Diesel, and Desigual. Marta possesses a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Roskilde University, complemented by a Bachelor's in International Sales and Marketing and an AP Degree in Commerce Management from Zealand - Sjællands Erhvervsakademi. Additionally, Marta actively participates in initiatives promoting cultural awareness and diversity and inclusion through a steering committee and a female networking group.
