Rodrigo Chaves

Rodrigo Chaves, PMP, currently serves as the Global Retail Technology Director at Pandora since September 2021, focusing on modernizing and harmonizing retail technology to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations for store associates. Previously, Rodrigo held the position of EPMO Manager / Program Manager at Demant from October 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included PMO process standardization, management of global program initiatives, and leadership in key enterprise system implementations. With extensive experience as an IT Project Manager at Oticon USA, Rodrigo oversaw the implementation of ERP/POS applications across numerous retail shops, while also ensuring alignment with business strategies. Earlier career roles include Project Manager and Product Specialist Manager at Atlantic Coast Media Group, as well as Systems Analyst at Intel Corporation. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad de Costa Rica.
