Selma Boukhris

Selma Boukhris is a seasoned professional in sales training and retail management, currently serving as a Sales Trainer and Retail Field Coach at Pandora since October 2024. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at L’OCCITANE Group from October 2015 to July 2025, where responsibilities included team training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and management as a Formatrice, and overseeing store operations three days a week while coaching teams.
