Isabelle du Rusquec

Isabelle Du Rusquec has had extensive experience in human resources, with a particular focus on leadership and management. ISABELLE has held several roles in different companies, starting their career as a Consultant at Michael Page in 2005. ISABELLE then joined Inopia Finance as an HR Consultant from July 2006 to December 2009. Following that, Isabelle worked at The Hotel, Brussels, where they held various positions including HR Office Manager, HR Manager, and finally Director of Human Resources from January 2009 to August 2018. ISABELLE is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Belgium at Pandox AB (publ) since September 2018. Isabelle's responsibilities throughout their career have included recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Isabelle Du Rusquec has a diverse education history spanning multiple years. In 2021 and 2022, they attended the Fondation contre le Cancer where they completed a program called "Coaching & Cancer." In 2019 and 2020, Isabelle studied at BAO Elan Vital Learning, Coaching, and Mentoring, earning a degree called the "Cycle Expert - La dynamique de groupe et la posture du trainer-coach." Prior to this, from 2018 to 2019, they also studied at BAO Elan Vital Learning, Coaching, and Mentoring, and achieved a certification as a coach. In terms of undergraduate education, Isabelle attended IESEG School of Management from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they took part in an exchange program at Santa Clara University in 2003 and 2004, during which they studied Business Administration and Management.
