David Tallentire

David Tallentire is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Panduit. David has over 20 years of experience in global manufacturing operations and supply chain management. Prior to joining Panduit, David was the Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain at John Crane, where they were responsible for the company's manufacturing operations and external supply chain.

Under David's leadership, John Crane increased market share by 5% and achieved $4.5M+ in savings over two years by developing and executing manufacturing network strategy. David also spearheaded a global inventory improvement initiative that delivered 10% stock turn improvement. In 12 months, David delivered $30M in cost reductions by building and establishing the Global Operations and Supply Chain business unit.

Before joining John Crane, David was with ARJO WIGGINS APPLETON HOLDINGS for 12 years, where they held various positions including Manager: Paper Machine, Materials, Thermal Papers Business and Production Superintendent.

David Tallentire completed an advanced course in production methods and management at the University of Cambridge. David also holds a BSC(Hons) in metallurgy and materials science from the University of Birmingham.
