Eli Rodriguez Castillo

Eli Rodriguez Castillo is an accomplished manufacturing and operations leader with extensive experience in global roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Manufacturing at Panduit, responsibilities include overseeing the operational performance of multiple manufacturing plants worldwide and driving a culture of Operational Excellence. Previous roles include Director of Global Order Fulfillment, General Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager, emphasizing customer satisfaction and team leadership. Prior to Panduit, positions at General Cable and other companies focused on manufacturing efficiency, lean methodologies, and production management. Eli holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica, an MBA from Universidad de San Jose, and completed an Executive Leadership program at IPADE Business School.
