Lauren Feddes

Lauren Feddes serves as the Impact Team Midwest Regional Manager at Common Energy, where responsibilities include developing and managing a high-performing team focused on community solar initiatives, curating training programs, and fostering partnerships to enhance the regional movement ecosystem. Previously, Lauren held the positions of Impact Team Mentor and Clean Energy Advocate within the same organization, emphasizing outreach and advocacy for clean energy solutions. Additional experience includes roles in customer service and team leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Ruth Lake Country Club, and Indian Prairie School District 204. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Sociology, along with a Certificate in Sustainability from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
