Rafael Arredondo

Rafael Arredondo has an extensive career in manufacturing operations and quality management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations and Sr. Manager of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety at Panduit since February 2007. Prior to this role, Rafael held various positions at Panduit, including Quality Area Manager, Staff Quality Engineer, and Production Supervisor. Rafael's professional journey began at Coopesanramon R.L, where the individual worked as a Ejecutivo crédito from January 2001 to January 2007. Educationally, Rafael holds a Certified Quality Engineer designation from the American Society for Quality, earned in 2010, and a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad de San Jose completed in 2010, alongside a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Centroamerica obtained in 2006.
