Robert Tessier is a co-founder and panelist at the Panel of National Pathology Leaders, established in 2019, which focuses on advancing best practices in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine while addressing industry challenges. Since 1982, Robert Tessier has served as a Senior Reimbursement Consultant for HBP Services, Inc., advising hospitals and healthcare networks on contracts with pathology groups and negotiating third-party agreements. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Professional Management Services Inc. from 1972 to 1982, where Robert Tessier negotiated contracts for hospital-based radiology groups and assisted academic candidates. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Providence College.
