Sean Fightmaster, CPA, has a strong background in finance and accounting. Sean started their career at Plante Moran as an Assurance In-Charge, where they conducted financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for various clients in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, and not-for-profits. Sean also gained experience in inventory count observation and financial statement preparation. After that, Sean joined FirstGroup plc as an Internal Auditor, where they planned and executed internal audits to improve operational excellence and manage risk. Sean collaborated with senior management to implement process improvements and utilized data analytics for risk assessment. Later, Sean worked as a Senior Accountant at Columbia Sussex Corporation, overseeing the accounting aspects of 12 companies. Sean prepared and reviewed reconciliations, monthly P&Ls, and year-end financial statements, and provided guidance to general managers on accounting and business issues. Currently, Sean holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Panelmatic, Inc.
Sean Fightmaster, CPA received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Georgetown College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Sean then pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at the University of Kentucky from 2014 to 2015. In October 2016, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy.
