Ludo Deltour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and machinery development, currently serving as the founder and adviser at PANELTIM nv since January 1983 and also owner of the company. Prior to this, Ludo Deltour managed operations at NV HURKS Beton from August 1979 to June 1986 and oversaw a concrete plant and asphalt plant at NV Verkinderen from January 1969 to August 1979. Ludo Deltour holds degrees in Electro Mechanika from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende and in Bedrijfsorganisatie from KHI Oostende.
