Serge Schumacher is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology management, specializing in manufacturing execution systems, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Currently serving as IT Manager at PANHOLD and Head of Information Technology at both PANELUX S.A. and FISCHER S.A. since September 2021, Serge Schumacher has a proven track record in real-time data monitoring, food industry ERP systems, and point of sale systems. Previously, as Head of IT at TNS-Ilres from October 2006 to September 2021, responsibilities included IT infrastructure management and leadership in cybersecurity and cloud computing. As the founder of Turnkey from November 2009 to January 2016, application development encompassed various programming languages and platforms. Earlier experience includes serving as ICT Manager at TeleContact Pan European Call Centre Services from 1998 to 2005.
