Dean Roberts

Dean Roberts is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and aftermarket services within various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Fresh Dough Facilities at Panera Bread since January 2017 and as a Senior Partner at Executive Partners International since November 2014, Dean has previously held significant leadership positions, including President of Aftermarket at Milacron, where the Aftermarket Division was successfully established and developed. Dean's earlier experience includes serving as VP & GM of Aftermarket Sales & Service at Electro-Motive Diesel, a leader in diesel-electric locomotives, and General Manager of Greer Engines, Systems & Services at Honeywell International, where a major business turnaround was achieved. Dean holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
