Gregg came to Panera in January 2020 as Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Officer bringing with him more than 25 years of leadership experience in restaurant, beverage, and equipment supply chains and manufacturing.
He joins Panera from Yum! Brands supply chain cooperative, Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions with his most recent role as Senior Vice President, KFC Supply Chain where he was responsible for KFC’s $1 billion US food and packaging supply chain serving over 4,000 restaurants and 350 franchisees.
Prior to RSCS, Gregg spent more than 20 years at Coca-Cola in a number of positions, starting his career in operations and manufacturing with increasing responsibility in leadership and transformation roles as Vice President of Procurement and Vice President of Supply Chain.
Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
