Ross Spence

Ross Spence has extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Panera Bread since October 2017, and previously holding the title of Area Operating Partner. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at T.G.I. Fridays from June 2011 to October 2017, Regional Director at Palm Restaurant between March 2007 and June 2011, and Regional Manager at Chart House/Landry's from 1990 to March 2007.
