Pinar Bulbul Kocaman, PMP®, PSM1

Pinar Bulbul Kocaman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pinar Bulbul is currently working as a Project Manager at PaneraTech, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a NATO NIAG Rapporteur at NATO from 2022 to 2023, representing Turkey on behalf of TUBITAK SAGE and providing administrative support to the study group.

From 2019 to 2023, Pinar worked at TUBITAK SAGE in multiple positions. Pinar Bulbul started as a Business Development and Strategic Planning - Chief Researcher and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager - Senior Researcher. In these roles, they managed confidential guided missile system projects for the Turkish Air Force and coordinated multidisciplinary teams for project planning and execution.

Before that, Pinar worked at Kale Aero from 2013 to 2019. Pinar Bulbul held the role of Project Team Leader - BOEING Program, overseeing the management, coordination, and implementation of various projects under the BOEING program. Pinar Bulbul also served as a Quality Engineer, developing inspection documentation and performing statistical quality control studies.

Pinar gained early work experience as an Assembly Line Intern at Ford Motor Company in 2012 and as a Final Project Intern at Kale Aero in the same year. In these positions, they focused on time studies, FMEA analysis, and implementing lean practices in the aerospace industry.

In 2011, they worked as a Student Assistant at İKÜ Research and Development Center, and in 2010, they interned as a Quality Management Intern at Tekfen Construction.

Throughout their career, Pinar has demonstrated their skills in project management, strategic planning, team coordination, and quality control. Pinar Bulbul also holds certifications as a PMP (Project Management Professional) and PSM1 (Professional Scrum Master).

Pinar Bulbul Kocaman, PMP®, PSM1, has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Kultur University, which was earned from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Science from Samsun Tülay Başaran Anadolu Lisesi, from 2003 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) through Scrum.org in February 2023, and attained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
