Chad Capitosti has worked in the land management and ITAM fields since 1998. In 2016, they began working as the ITAM Operations Director for Pangaea Information Technologies, Ltd. Their duties included serving as the primary point of contact for the installation ITAM Program, managing, supervising, and providing guidance to ITAM and Junior ITAM Coordinators at other Army installations, as well as developing, planning, executing, and monitoring training land improvement projects. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an ITAM Coordinator/Project Manager for Parsons Corporation, managing the Fort Gordon military installation Integrated Training Area Management Program. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Project Coordinator for CALIBRE Systems, traveling as a Subject Matter Expert to multiple military installations to serve as the project manager involving medium scale horizontal construction projects. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a LRAM Coordinator for Shaw Environmental, Inc., providing support to the Fort Gordon Installation, Integrated Training Area Management Program. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Rail Control Engineer for Martin Marietta Materials, responsible for daily rail shipment operations involving quality control, loading procedures, and computer software applications. Chad also founded and developed Augusta Land Management LLC in 2008, managing landscaping and maintenance operations for approximately 25 residential and commercial properties weekly.
Chad Capitosti graduated from Augusta State University's James M. Hull College of Business in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
