Laura Germain

Laura Germain has been working in the Human Resources field since 2005. Laura began as a Monitor for Summer Camps, then moved on to become a Sales Assistant for Grand Hotel Abbatiale in 2007. In 2008, they became an HR Assistant for Bonduelle, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, and internal communication. In 2010, they joined DECATHLON as a Department Manager (HR, Logistics) - Spain Logistics, where they managed a team of 30 people and was responsible for recruitment, training, and development. In 2016, they became an HR Manager at ASPHALION. In 2019, they joined Servihabitat Servicios Inmobiliarios as a Talent and Development Senior Specialist. Currently, they are a People Manager at Pangea Aerospace.

Laura Germain is currently completing their Coaching Ejecutivo Ciclo I at Escuela Europea de Coaching. Previously, they obtained their Business School Diploma (master 2) from Rennes School of Business between 2006 and 2010. Before that, they attended Classe préparatoire between 2004 and 2006, studying Economy.
