Aeron Sullivan is the Founder and CEO of Pangea, a company that has developed algorithmic models for managing FX risk autonomously. Aeron started experimenting with these models in 2019 and discovered their potential in 2020. In 2021, they are preparing to commercialize the technology through the PangeaPrime platform, which will be available in 2022.
Prior to founding Pangea, Aeron Sullivan worked at BibleProject as a C-Level leader in Product, Tech, Marketing, and Growth. Aeron joined the company in 2016 as the 10th employee and played a key role in their Go2Market and Growth Stages. During their time at BibleProject, they served in multiple roles, including CMO, CTO, and CPO. Aeron stayed with the company until November 2021.
Before BibleProject, Aeron Sullivan founded Tradiv in 2014, a fast-growing tech company in the emerging marijuana industry. Aeron served as the CEO and led the development of a digital distribution method for the legal marijuana space. Tradiv focused on managing the legal and logistical aspects of distributing the newly formed pharmaceutical drug through an easy and scalable e-commerce centric interface. Aeron Sullivan was with Tradiv until November 2016.
Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Aeron Sullivan served in the US Marine Corps starting in 2007. Aeron held various positions, including Platoon Commander, Company XO, and Special Staff Officer to the MAGTF (11th MEU). As a Platoon Commander, they led over 50 Marines and managed equipment worth over $30 million. Aeron was also selected to help lead the Heavy Raid Force for Special Operations Capable MAGTF (11th MEU). Aeron Sullivan served in the Marines until May 2015.
Aeron Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Middle-East Studies from Drury University, attending from 2004 to 2008. In 2006, Sullivan participated in an exchange program at Regent's University London, studying International Relations and Affairs for a brief period. Later, Sullivan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Norwich University from 2013 to 2015.
