Nicole Unice has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nicole began their career in 2004 as a Counselor at Thompson Counseling, where they worked until 2010. From 2006 onwards, they also took on the role of a Professional Speaker at Take Heart Ministry. In 2009, they started working as a Freelance Writer for Gifted for Leadership, a position they held until 2019.

In 2010, they joined Hope Church as a Ministry Director, focusing on Student and Family Ministry. Nicole continued in this role until 2019 when they transitioned to their current role as a Leadership and Executive Coach at their own coaching practice, http://nicoleunice.com/coaching.

From 2012 onwards, they gained experience as an Author, working for Tyndale House Publishers and later, in 2018, for NavPress. In 2015, they also took on the role of a Teaching Elder at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.

Most recently, in 2023, Nicole Unice became the Chief People Officer at Pangea.

Nicole Unice obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Management from The College of William and Mary, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following their undergraduate studies, Nicole went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. The exact duration of their time at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary is not provided. Additionally, Nicole has obtained certifications in Foundations for Creative Leadership from IDEO in September 2020, and Leading for Creativity from IDEO U in February 2020.
