Mag Boron has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They founded and served as the CEO of Pangian, a remote work community for global citizens. They have had speaking engagements and published articles with renowned publications such as Forbes, Business Insider, Huffington Post, and ISACA. At Wells Fargo, Mag Boron served as VP of Strategy and Operations, leading a team of 800+ members in executing global programs and collaborating with regulatory agencies. In their role at Family Dollar, they managed enterprise information security and developed risk assessment programs. Lastly, at Honeywell Aerospace, Mag Boron served as a Global Software Engineering Program Manager, leading a team of 2000+ engineers and driving process improvements.

Mag Boron is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management and Finance from East Carolina University. Prior to this, Mag completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with a concentration in Information Technology from North Carolina State University. Additionally, Mag has engaged in several remote learning programs at Harvard University. These include a degree in Remote Work Revolution for Everyone, with a focus on the global workforce, and a degree in Data Science: Machine Learning, specializing in AI and Machine Learning. Mag also completed a degree in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, emphasizing global entrepreneurship.
