Kapil Kale is a seasoned engineering professional with over 29 years of extensive experience in various disciplines including process, mechanical, electrical, and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Plant Engineering at Pan Gulf Technologies Limited since June 2025, Kapil leads a high-performance engineering team focused on global client satisfaction and talent development. Previous roles include Associate Vice President and Engineering Manager at Neilsoft, where responsibilities encompassed multidisciplinary engineering services and managing process engineering across multiple disciplines. Kapil's experience also includes key positions at Europem, Metito Overseas, and Thermax Limited, where significant contributions were made to projects involving emissions abatement, wastewater treatment, and thermal oxidizers. Kapil holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Shivaji University and a Diploma in Business Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
