Kapil Kale

Kapil Kale is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and project management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Plant Engineering at Pan Gulf Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since June 2025, Kapil oversees engineering functions, talent development, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on decarbonization, sustainability, and plant digitization. Previous positions include Associate Vice President at Neilsoft, where Kapil managed multidisciplinary engineering services, and Engineering Manager at both Neilsoft and Europem, leading engineering teams and complex projects. Kapil's expertise also extends to process design at Metito Overseas and a significant role at Thermax, where Kapil formed a multidisciplinary team and managed crucial engineering documentation and client approvals. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Shivaji University.
