Panhandle Community Services is a non-profit, community based organization offering a variety of programs and services to assist low-income individuals and families. Our programs and services are designed and implemented to target specific poverty-related issues with the goal of bridging the gap between poverty and self-sufficiency. As a whole, PCS provides a broad base of support for the residents of all twenty-six Panhandle counties.

Our Mission is to work as a community leader and partner in the Texas Panhandle to change the lives of low-income people by bridging the gap from poverty to self-sufficiency.
