Morgan Walker

Morgan Walker, NEMAA, serves as the Security and Preparedness Program Manager at Panhandle Health District since October 2019, overseeing security and safety programs while managing regional emergency responses across five northern Idaho counties. Prior experience includes a role as Training and Exercise Coordinator at Panhandle Health District, an Emergency Management Intern with the Military Department of Washington, and a Technical Instructor at General Dynamics Land Systems. Morgan's military background includes serving as a Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Specialist and a Land Resource and Ammunition Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. Educational credentials consist of a Bachelor of Applied Science in Homeland Security Emergency Management from Pierce College and an Associate of Arts from South Puget Sound Community College, along with completion of the FEMA Emergency Management Institute's Independent Study Program.
