Sandee Riggs

Sandee Riggs currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Panhandle Health District, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sandee spent 14 years at The Salvation Army Kroc Center Coeur d'Alene, progressing from Human Resources Manager to Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Sandee has experience as an Administrative Support Specialist for the City of Coeur d'Alene from October 2004 to October 2008 and served as Director of Ancillary Services at North Idaho Medical Care Center from August 1989 to September 2004. Sandee Riggs holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Idaho, completed between 1983 and 1986, and attended North Idaho College from 1981 to 1983.
