Jennifer Stepp, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer started their career as an Area Manager of Merchandising at Pulte Homes from November 2003 to December 2005. Jennifer then moved on to the Hotel Association of Greater Dallas, where they worked as a Communications Manager in 2006. Jennifer joined TS Printing in June 2007 and served as the Customer Service Manager until April 2009. Jennifer then transitioned to Ussery Printing/Cross Media as an Account Manager from May 2009 to August 2011. Jennifer worked as the Director of Operations at Matrix Printing & Graphics from August 2011 to June 2013, where they managed various production areas and developed client relationships. Their most recent role is with Panini America, starting in September 2013. Jennifer has held several positions in the finance department, including Finance Manager, Director of Finance Reporting & Analysis, and currently serves as the Vice President of Finance. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic business advice at the executive level.
Jennifer Stepp holds a Master of Business Administration - EMBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the UT Arlington Executive MBA Program, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management & Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University, which they completed in 1997.
