Erin Dunston

Erin Dunston is a partner and co-chair of the PTAB Practice Group at Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP, where a focus on inter partes reviews, interferences, district court litigation, opinions, and prosecution, primarily in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, is maintained. Dunston has been a member of the Intellectual Property Owners Association since 1999 and has served as past president and chair of the IP Section for the Bar Association of the District of Columbia since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and counsel at Bingham McCutchen LLP, as well as an associate position at Burns, Doane, Swecker & Mathis LLP. Dunston holds a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Boston College.
