Tim Medak

Tim Medak is a highly experienced finance professional with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Panmure Liberum since July 2021, Tim also holds a position on the Board of Trustees for the Liberum Foundation. Prior to this role, Tim co-founded Bullfinch Corporate Finance and served as its Managing Director for a year. Previous roles include Managing Director positions at Stifel Financial Corp. and Cantor Fitzgerald, as well as a partnership at Ernst & Young, where Tim led PLC Advisory and Consumer M&A. Early career experiences include leadership roles at Houlihan Lokey, HSBC, ING Barings, Lazard, and Coopers & Lybrand. Tim holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
