Howard Whitehead has a diverse and extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Howard started their career in 2001 as an Outside Sales Representative at Thomas Fastening Systems Inc, where they were responsible for developing and managing new and existing accounts in the southwestern portion of Pittsburgh. Howard sold a range of products including fasteners, drill bits, and power tools from various manufacturers.

From 2006 to 2008, Howard worked as a Territory Representative at Separation Technologies LLC, where they developed new business and grew existing business by selling the concrete additive fly ash. Howard worked with concrete producers in Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York City to ensure effective ingredient combinations.

From 2008 to 2012, Howard served as an Outside Sales Representative at Wolseley Industrial Group, where they sold industrial products such as pipes, valves, and fittings in the southwest and far southwest of Virginia.

In 2013, Howard joined HD Supply as a Field Account Representative, where they sold a wide range of supplies and equipment to customers in the Roanoke Valley and New River Valley Virginia. Their sales portfolio included plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC products.

From 2015 to 2017, Howard worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd. Howard sold a vast product inventory of cabinet accessories to cabinet shops and dealers in Western Virginia. Despite fierce competition, Howard was able to establish 31 new accounts during their tenure.

In 2018, Howard briefly worked as a Construction Safety Specialist at 3M, where they built strong relationships with safety personnel and construction workers while providing safety alternatives in areas such as hearing, eyewear, respiratory protection, and fall protection.

Currently, Howard holds the position of South Atlantic Regional Sales Manager at Pannier Corporation, which they assumed in July 2018.

Howard Whitehead has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. Howard also attended Bowling Green State University to study Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Greater Latrobe Sr. High School.
