Andrew Syriala

Andrew Syriala has a strong background in frontend engineering and software development. Andrew currently holds the role of Lead Frontend Engineer at Pano AI since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kollective Technology from April 2020 to May 2023 as a Senior Lead Software Engineer.

Before joining Kollective Technology, Andrew worked at Overstock.com from May 2019 to April 2020 as a Principal Front End Developer. During their time at Overstock.com, they led the architecture and development of a rebuild of the product page's desktop website, resulting in significant improvements in performance and speed.

From September 2017 to May 2019, Andrew served as a Lead/Senior Front End Developer at Overstock.com.

Prior to their work at Overstock.com, Andrew held various roles at SiteSpect, Inc. from March 2011 to March 2017. Andrew started as a Front-End Engineer and later became a Senior Front-End Engineer and Team Lead & Senior Front-End Engineer. At SiteSpect, they secured revenue by managing the company's largest account at Walmart.com and drove account growth by delivering pixel-perfect prototypes and creating custom solutions for A/B testing.

Andrew began their career as a Front-End Engineer at Research Data Technology from January 2009 to April 2011.

Andrew Syriala obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Learning ECMAScript 6," "PostCSS First Look," "React.js Essential Training," "Test-Driven Development with Node.js," "Learning Full-Stack JavaScript Development: MongoDB, Node and React," "Learning Redux," "Scrum: The Basics," "Learning Git and GitHub," "Learn React.js: The Basics," "Google Analytics for Beginners," "Sumo Logic Certification," and "Sumo Logic: Search Mastery." The certifications were earned from institutions such as LinkedIn, Google, and Sumo Logic, with varying completion dates between 2017 and 2021.
