Tabitha Yong is currently the Head of Design at Pano AI, where they lead a team focused on creating an effective platform for frontline responses to natural disasters using AI. Previously, they held positions such as Design Lead at Google, where they worked on multidisciplinary initiatives in AI and accessibility, and Senior Product Designer at Khan Academy, where they designed standardized test prep tools. Tabitha has also embraced their passion for climate-focused work as a Climatebase Fellow in 2023 and participated in the inaugural cohort of the First Round Founding Designer Track. They are pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Social Documentary Film at the School of Visual Arts.
