Breanne Sparta

Breanne Sparta is an IRACDA Postdoctoral Fellow at UCLA, where they utilize numerical techniques and single-cell RNA sequencing data to explore cellular identity. They previously completed a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at the University of California, Davis, focusing on single-cell signaling dynamics in the MAPK/ERK pathway. Breanne's extensive research experience includes roles at various institutions, including senior research associate positions, where they supported clinical studies and developed novel assays for drug screening. They also served as Chief Scientific Officer at Panomics, contributing to advancements in scientific research.
