Dominic Sero-Asturi has a diverse work experience. Dominic started their career as an Office Aide at California University of Pennsylvania in September 2015 and later became a Graduate Assistant in the Legal Studies department from May 2018 to July 2019. During this role, they directed and mentored student workers, handled confidential records, and maintained the technical functions and communication of the office.

In 2019, Dominic worked as a Quality Assurance Associate at 84 Lumber, where they physically inspected various products after assembly, compiled extensive reports for internal audit, handled computer hardware, provided troubleshooting, and cooperated with Managed Services.

After that, Dominic worked as a Contractor at Sero-Asturi Computer Repair & Remote Consultation from April 2020 to November 2020. In this role, they maintained their personal business apparatus, diagnosed computer issues, determined effective solutions for customers, and provided remote assistance.

In 2020, Dominic joined InnoSource as a Level 2 Help Desk Technician from November 2020 to July 2021. Dominic diagnosed and troubleshooted technical issues for clients, maintained documentation for past and current issues, and managed tasks while prioritizing them effectively. Later, they became a Senior Technician at InnoSource from July 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they served as a UEM Administrator Level-2 for International Enterprise devices, advised Level-2 Helpdesk technicians, and played a crucial role in the implementation of RBAC systems.

Dominic then worked at Premier Comp Solutions as a Network Support Analyst and Network Administrator from March 2022 to February 2023. Dominic operated SIEM, EPM, and RMM for nineteen servers with SOC2 Compliance. Dominic also facilitated data recovery and backups using various methods.

Currently, Dominic is working at Panopto as an Application Support Engineer I, starting in January 2023. Dominic'sresponsibilities include replicating, describing, and troubleshooting software bugs and product issues, triaging and routing technical support requests, and testing user scenarios. Dominic also interfaces with backend server/cloud architecture to confirm and query data for cases.

Dominic Sero-Asturi completed their high school education at Charleroi Area High School from 2009 to 2013, earning a High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Dominic later pursued further education at PennWest California from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
