Luchin Lee

Luchin Lee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luchin started their career as a Digital Forensic Examiner at the U.S. Secret Service in 2007. After a few months, they transitioned to becoming an Independent Technology Consultant, where they worked from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, Luchin joined Apple as a Mac Genius for four years. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Panopto as an Application Engineer, Tier III. Currently, Luchin is with Panopto as a Technical Customer Success Advocate, a position they have held since November 2018.

Luchin Lee completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Duquesne University from 2002 to 2005. Following this, Luchin went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on General MIS, from Duquesne University from 2005 to 2007.
